At VoltFlux, we value your time and trust. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we’ve made the process simple and clear.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact us with your Order ID and reason for cancellation:

Once your order is canceled:
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders: No refund is required as payment is made at delivery.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you can still choose to:
- Return the product, or
- Request an exchange,
after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
In such cases:
- Shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund amount.
3. Cancellation by VoltFlux
In rare cases, VoltFlux Private Limited may cancel or delay an order due to:
- Unavailability of stock or size
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity
- Unforeseen logistical, operational, or system challenges

High-risk transactions or multiple failed delivery attempts
If your order is canceled by us:
- You will receive a notification, and
- A full refund (if prepaid) will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Refund for Canceled Orders
Prepaid Orders
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet).
Processing Time: 7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
COD Orders
Since payment is collected at delivery, no refund is applicable for canceled COD orders.
Refund Delays
If a refund delay occurs, we suggest:
- Checking with your bank/payment provider first
- Contacting our support team if not resolved
5. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, contact our support team with:
- Order ID
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for cancellation

6. Shipping & Handling Charges
- Orders below ₹3000 incur a ₹150 shipping fee
- Orders ₹3000 and above get FREE shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch
- COD convenience fees (if charged) are non-refundable
7. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items cannot be canceled once processed:
- Final sale / clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products marked as non-cancellable/non-returnable
- Orders already packed and handed over for dispatch
8. Modification of Order
You may request modification (address change, size change, etc.) within 12 hours of placing the order.
After dispatch, modification requests cannot be accommodated.
9. Force Majeure
VoltFlux is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events outside our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Transportation delays
- Operational shutdowns
- System failures
In such cases, a full refund will be provided for prepaid orders.
