1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and the invoice are included
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products showing signs of use, installation, damage, or tampering
- Opened or unsealed electronics and accessories
- Consumables like cables, batteries, adapters, and components
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
- Customized, special-order, or clearance-sale products
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email care@voltfluxprivatelimited.com with your Order ID, Product Name, and Reason for Return
- Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, instructions for pickup or courier return will be provided
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit
Note: Items damaged during return transit due to poor packing may be rejected.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, Net Banking) within 5–7 business days
- COD Orders: Refunded through bank transfer or store credit
Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
Eligible products can be exchanged for the same item.
If the replacement is unavailable, you may choose:
- A full refund
- Store credit
- An alternative product of equal value
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if the product has not been shippedOnce shipped, cancellation is not possible

- For change of mind or incorrect order by customer — the customer bears the return shipping cost
